Definitely! Kat also has Hypothyroidism and understands firsthand what’s it like to not be able to lose weight. If you purchase a custom program, she will create a meal plan and training program that will support the function of your thyroid gland and will include supplements that she herself swears by to help you achieve your goals. Do keep in mind that in some cases you will need to also be on thyroid medication prescribed by your physician in order to help your thyroid function properly and to kick start your weight loss.
If you are suffering from certain diseases like Hypothyroidism, it is highly recommended to take certain vitamins and supplements for the support of your thyroid gland and immune system. Supplements really do help and are recommended to assist your body with performance and recovery. These are not magic pills however so you will still need to do all the hard work!
For custom plans no. Because your program is 100% customized you do not need any equipment. I do suggest however that as you are progressing in your training you can order a few short bands (for glutes) and long bands for full body workouts to add some resistance and enhance the intensity of your workouts. Some General Guides and Challenges will require minimal equipment. I suggest you have a set of booty bands (light/medium/heavy), a set of long resistance bands (light/medium/heavy), a set of dumbbells and a skipping rope.
A lot of my clients have this problem on top of hating to cook. I have a few meal prep companies that I can recommend. They deliver meals to your door twice a week based on your meal plan. Another way we can work around this is by helping you organize your time so you will only need to prep your protein and carbs once a week and by incorporating “grab and go” meal options in your plan. Do keep in mind that no matter the fitness goal, diet is the main focus and key to achieving results so you will need to put some effort, time and focus into it.
This will depend on your progress and your body’s reaction to the program. Adjustments will be made when and if needed, thus we do the weekly check ins.
